Ms. Wisdom-Lazar knows first-hand how disruptive and dysregulating a divorce can be for all parties, including the divorcing couple, their children, both minor and adult, extended family and social groups. She understands how strong feelings of hurt and anger can affect the divorce process. Her goal is to work through current feelings in a safe and supportive environment in order to move towards a more peaceful and cooperative post-divorce future for the whole family.
Ms. Wisdom-Lazar brings sensitivity in a non-judgmental way to her divorce coaching and child specialist consultations. She is particularly sensitive to, and focused on, the developmental needs of children at their various ages. She offers guidance to parents on how to manage the challenges of families with two households. Importantly, she assists her clients to “keep their eyes on the prize,” which is to have children who thrive and understand that both of their parents are committed to their success and happiness.
